Karthika is a Registered member with Alberta College of Physiotherapy from 2018. She is a strong believer in the power of exercise. After working both in acute care setting and clinic, she found a strong interest in the clinic, treating and rehabilitating clients from their injuries with manual therapy, education and therapeutic exercises.
She has completed Part A of the McKenzie Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy method used to treat low back disorders. She will also be completing level 1 functional dry needling course and Functional Movement Systems in October 2021.
She believes that a healthy and balanced lifestyle is a key to success and believes in personal and professional life balance for a happy life. Other than that, She is a busy mom of two kids. She enjoys kayaking, rafting and getting lost in the nature and finding oneself.
